It’s becoming more apparent to find ourselves entangled in conflicts over water in today’s world.

Right now in California, the water uses of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta are under large debate over the splitting of the “environmental waters” from “municipal and agricultural waters”.

The same is true for competing uses of the Colorado River, the Ogallala Aquifer in the mid section of the US and scattered domestic water users across the western US states.

Today I welcome Dennis Bowker who has had a wealth of experiences supporting community based natural resource management issues. And he does it by engaging an “Adaptive approach to management”. Welcome Dennis.
